2. Service Description

Tagcenter.net provides a courier and document processing service that assists Florida vehicle owners with the tag renewal process. We submit your renewal paperwork to the appropriate government agencies on your behalf. The actual issuance of vehicle registration tags is performed solely by the State of Florida.

3. Fees

You may also renew your tags directly through the Florida DHSMV at no additional service cost beyond the official government fees.

4. Eligibility

5. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using our service. Tagcenter.net is not liable for delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

6. Processing and Delivery

After your order is submitted and payment is confirmed, we process your tag renewal request and submit it to the appropriate government agencies. Delivery of your renewed tags typically occurs within 7 to 9 business days after government approval. Processing times may vary depending on government agency workload.

7. Refund Policy

If your tag renewal is not approved by the State of Florida, you will receive a full refund of the service fee. Official state fees that have already been remitted to the government may not be refundable and are subject to the state's own refund policies.

8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

Tagcenter.net acts as an intermediary courier service. We are not responsible for decisions made by government agencies regarding your tag renewal. Our liability is limited to the service fee charged for our services.
